What will happen if I don’t renew?

Will my policy renew if I don't call you?

We don’t automatically renew your policy, so you must renew your policy to stay insured.

You can easily renew in the app if your details are still the same. If you need to make changes you can start a chat from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

If you don’t contact us about your renewal, your policy will end, and you won’t be covered. Any policy extras you have, such as RAC breakdown cover and RAC legal expenses, will also end at the same time.

What if my renewal quote and policy have lapsed?

If you didn't renew in time, you won't be able to access the app anymore and your renewal quote won't be available. If you would like to insure with us again, you'll need to get a new quote and purchase online.

Please remember that you legally must have insurance. Letting your policy run out without alternative cover is against the law.
