You can easily renew your policy in your Ticker app, as well as checking and downloading your renewal documents. We give you our best price first time, so you never have to haggle.

You can also chat to make changes from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

If you choose to leave Ticker, you won’t be able to access the app once your policy ends, so make sure you download any documents (like proof of NCD) before then.
