If you have a stick-on Ticker device
Once your policy has renewed, we’ll post you a new Ticker device along with instructions for pairing it with your phone and recycling the old device.
If you have a plug-in Ticker device, you won’t need to do anything unless you change vehicles. In this case, just unplug it and plug it in to your new vehicle.
