When you cancel your policy, you can unplug your mile tracker. You don’t need to worry if you forget to unplug the mile tracker right away – we’ll stop collecting data when the policy ends.

If you cancel your policy within 14 days of the policy start date (your cooling off period) and we get the mile tracker back within 10 days, you won't pay a fee for the mile tracker. If you're cancelling after 14 days, then we'll charge a fee for the mile tracker.

How to return your Ticker mile tracker

Put your mile tracker in an envelope and address it to 'Freepost Ticker' then put it in a post box. That's it!

We'll know it's your mile tracker and adjust your final bill so you don't pay a fee.
