We use GPS to show you a map of your journey so it’s easy for you to recognise, but we use your car’s odometer to calculate your exact journey mileage and cost.

GPS can sometimes drop out if you’re in a wooded area or an underground carpark, but it’s not how we work out your bill. So, if the line of your journey ever looks wrong to you, you don’t need to worry. Your mileage will still be spot on.
