If you have the stick-on Ticker device, yes. This is a condition of your insurance:
Your phone must be on, paired with your stick-on Ticker device and in the car when you drive
Your Bluetooth must be switched on when you drive
You need to keep location services and mobile data on when you drive
These conditions apply to all drivers on the policy.
If you have the plug-in Ticker device, you don't need to worry - it uses its own network to send us data and doesn't need to be paired with your phone.
Please don't use the app while you're actually driving.
