If you've changed your phone and you have the plug-in Ticker device, all you need to do is download the app onto your new phone and log in.

If you’ve changed your phone and you have the stick-on Ticker box, you need to pair your new phone with it.

Choose the option that applies to you:

Staying on iOS

Using backup and restore

If you’re staying on iOS, you’ll probably use backup and restore to switch all your apps and files over to your new phone.

Backup your old phone and restore onto your new phone
Make sure you have the latest version of the Ticker app installed, either from the Apple app store or by updating your apps
Open the Ticker app, making sure you allow Location Services and Bluetooth if prompted
Once you’re paired, you can tap through to your Ticker dashboard with your driving score

If you’re staying on iOS but you’re not restoring from another phone:

Download the Ticker app from the Apple app store
Log in to the Ticker app and follow the pairing instructions
Make sure you allow Location Services and Bluetooth if prompted
Once you’re paired, you can tap through to your Ticker dashboard with your driving score

Download the Ticker app from the Google Play Store
Log in to the Ticker app and follow the pairing instructions
Make sure you allow Location Services and Bluetooth if prompted
Once you’re paired, you can tap through to your Ticker dashboard with your driving score

If you’re moving from iOS to Android or the other way around, you may migrate all your apps and files over to your new phone.

Restore your new phone using a migration tool, or backup
Download the Ticker app from the Google Play Store or Apple app store
Log in to the Ticker app and follow the pairing instructions
Make sure you allow Location Services and Bluetooth if prompted
Once you’re paired, you can tap through to your Ticker dashboard with your driving score

If you’re moving from iOS to Android or the other way around:
