We'll send your Ticker device by post within a few days of your policy starting. You can drive as soon as your policy starts - just make sure you get your device plugged in when it arrives.

The device plugs into a port in your car called the Onboard Diagnostics (OBD) port, which is what a mechanic uses to run diagnostic testing. When we send your device, it'll come with instructions to help you get set up.
