When you first plug in your device
When you've logged in to the Ticker app and successfully plugged in your device, you'll see this on the dashboard of your app:
During the policy year
We'll tell you on the dashboard of your app if your device is unplugged. You'll also see a tick or a cross at the bottom of the screen (you may need to scroll).
If we can see your device isn't plugged in properly, we will let you know so you can check it hasn't been knocked loose.
Just make sure you push the device in firmly to reconnect it. It might take up to an hour to update in the app, and we'll let you know if we're still having trouble connecting to the device.
