Ticker is an appointed representative of Davies MGA Services Limited, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

This means Ticker has an FCA-regulated firm (called a principal) making sure we follow all the rules about fairness, transparency and looking after customers.

We're guided by the FCA's Consumer Duty, a set of standards that insurance providers follow to make sure the customer's needs come first.
