We can often check your No Claims Discount (NCD) without you needing to send us anything. If we do need to see any documents, we'll let you know by email.
To send us a document (or photo of your document) you can reply to the email from us, or start a chat in your Ticker app or at ticker.co.uk.
To send your NCD proof by email
Make sure you know where the document is saved on your phone or computer
Start a reply to the email from us requesting the document and tell us you're sending your proof of NCD
Find the paperclip icon and attach your document
Send - we'll let you know if we need anything else
You can also start a new email to documents@ticker.co.uk and follow the same process.
