Your device is what makes your policy work the way it does: either rewarding you for your good driving at renewal or tracking your mileage for a pay-per-mile policy.

It's a condition of your insurance that the device stays connected (plugged in to your OBD port or paired with your phone) for the policy year.

We'll let you know if your device isn't connected for some reason, so you don't need to worry. Just bear in mind that if you don't reconnect, we may cancel your policy.
