If your event was postponed and you do not have a new date, please check out this tutorial or follow the steps below:
Log into your Tickeri account and visit your event dashboard. Select the event you wish to postpone and click on "edit event."
Type the word "POSTPONED" at the end of your event title. (Time Stamp: 0:22)
Deactivate your ticket sales by scrolling down to the "Tickets" section next, click on the pencil icon for each ticket type. Uncheck the box "ticket visible." (Time Stamp 0:34)
Select "Update ticket" to save your changes. Then, click on "Save" on the main page to save all changes. This will hide the tickets in the event page. (Time Stamp 0:54)
After the above steps have been completed, please inform our team via our Instant Messenger of your postponed event. (Time Stamp 1:13)
