Log into your Tickeri account, and click on "My Events," which is at the top right-hand side. You will be rerouted to your event dashboard with your list of active events.
Please select the event you wish to cancel. After selecting, please click on "Edit event."
Then, deactivate your ticket sales by scrolling down to the "Tickets" section and then click on the pencil icon next to the ticket type. (Time Stamp 0:22)
Uncheck the box next to "Ticket visible" so that the box is left blank. Repeat this for each ticket type you created for your event. Select "Update ticket" to save this change and go back to the full editing screen. (Time Stamp 0:32)
Next, click on "Save" on the main page to save your overall changes. You will see a not visible icon on each ticket to show that they are unavailable. (Time Stamp 0:48)
Lastly, notify our team which event you cancelled via our instant messenger. So, we can inform and refund your ticketholders, if applicable. (Time Stamp 0:54)
After these quick and easy steps, the event will be displayed on the page as cancelled and no further ticket sales can be made. See example below:
