Exporting your order information enables you to download all of your order and customer data for a particular event—or all of your events—as a CSV spreadsheet for use in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

How to export your order information

  • In the 'Orders' section of your dashboard, use the search and filtering options to get a list of the orders you want to export.

    • For example, if you want to export all the orders for a particular event, select it from the 'Event or store is' menu to see the list of orders update.

      • For events with multiple dates and times, you can select specific occurrences from the same menu if you need to.

  • If you want to export a selection of your filtered orders, use the checkboxes to select the orders you want to export (you can bulk-select a page of orders by checking the first box).

  • Click the 'Actions' dropdown menu.

  • Click the 'Export' option.

  • From the pop-up, you can choose to export the 'Overview report', which contains the basic data for each order, or the itemised 'Line item report', which includes a breakdown of each item within an order.

  • Select the details you would like to see in your export. You can add or remove whole sections of data or you can choose the specific fields you'd like.

    • Optional: Use the star to save your filters to use again in the future.

  • Click the 'Download report' button.

💡 Things to note

  • The report will only include those lines shown on screen at the time. If you've filtered by an event, a range of order dates, or by order status, you’ll only get data relating to those filters.

  • Your data will be downloaded as a CSV file which can be imported to other programs such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • View an example order report here (the 'Overview report' is in tab 1, and the 'Line item report' is in tab 2).

  • The 'Line item report' includes a 'Group ticket code' column. This shows the group barcode if the ticket is part of a group booking.
