Go to the Order Details of the specific order.
Find the ticket you want to cancel, click the three dots next to it and select Cancel Tickets from the menu
Choose the ticket(s) you’d like to cancel.
Decide whether you want to cancel only or cancel and refund the ticket(s).
If you decided to refund, select the amount to be refunded. Finally, confirm your selection to complete the process.
