Organize your shop with collections

Collections allow you to categorize your products nicely on your ticketbro shop page. Learn how to set them up.

What is a collection?

Collections are the different categories a customer sees on your shop’s home page. Initially, we’re grouping products into categories by their type. These are “Tickets”, “Extras”, “Gift Cards” and “Packages”.

To customize collections you can activate or deactivate them, as well as create your own collections with only specific products in them. For your convenience, collections won’t be shown if they are empty.

Collections allow you to categorize your products on your shop's home page. By creating your own collections, you can lead your customers nicely through your shop and show products with common themes together, regardless of their type.

What can I use Collections for?

Using Collections, you can nicely organize your products in your preferred way. Instead of the default collections, you can for example create a collection called “Birthdays” and add all of your birthday-related products to it. This way, they’re easier to find for customers.

How to set it up

📱 Mobile-App

  1. Open the ticketbro app, go to the More tab and tap on Products in the menu.

  2. Press the three dots in the top right corner and select Collections from the dropdown menu.

  3. You’ll see the four default collections: Tickets, Extras, Gift Cards, and Packages.

  4. To view or manage a collection, tap on it to open its details page, there you can hide the collection from customers if needed.

  5. To create a new collection, press the blue button in the bottom right corner.

  6. Select the products you want to include in the collection.

  7. Give your collection a name and a short description.

  8. Your new collection is ready to go. You can choose to keep it hidden until you're ready to publish.

    🖥️ Web App

  1. On the Web App, go to the Products section from the Menu on the left.

  2. Press the three dots in the top right corner and select Collections.

  3. You can see details or manage visibility of existing collections with the three dots, or create a new one with the blue button at the bottom of the screen.

  4. To create a new Collection, add the products you want to include in it, and click on continue.

  5. Give it a name and a short description.

  6. Your new collection is ready to go. You can choose to keep it hidden until you're ready to publish.

💡 Additionally, you can change the order in which your collections are shown on your shop by tapping on the three dots at the top.

✅Best Practices for Collections

  • Choose descriptive, yet short names for your collections.

  • Add a meaningful description to your collection, so customers know what they can expect.

  • Try to avoid adding the same product to different collections, so customer’s aren’t confused.
