With the giftcard management feature, team members can track and manage all transactions related to a giftcard. You can see when it was purchased, who redeemed it, update the balance, check how much has been used, and how much is still available. Additionally, staff members can add internal notes for better communication.
How to manage a giftcard
On Mobile & Web:
Scan the giftcard QR code from the customer's ticket or
Open the order in which the giftcard was purchased from the Orders menu
The management page will open, where you can:
View transaction history
See the remaining balance
Update the balance if needed
Check when and by whom the giftcard was redeemed
Add internal notes for better tracking
