Inviting new members to your shop

Invite team members to your shop, assign roles, and manage access. Send invitations via email and let them join in just a few steps.

With ticketbro, you can invite team members to help manage your shop. Each member is assigned a role with specific permissions.

Roles & Permissions

  • Owner – Has full control over the shop, managing team roles and key settings.

  • Admin – Assists in administrative tasks and oversees daily operations.

  • Member – Has limited access and can perform assigned tasks.

How to Invite New Members

📱 On Mobile:

  1. Open the ticketbro app and go to Menu > Team.

  2. You'll see a list of all current members. Tap the blue button at the bottom right to add a new member.

  3. Enter the email address of the new member.

  4. Tap Send Invitation – done!

  5. The member will receive an email with an invitation link.

💻 On Web:

  1. Open the ticketbro app and go to Menu > Team.

  2. You'll see a list of all current members. Tap the blue button at the bottom right to add a new member.

  3. Enter the email address of the new member.

  4. Tap Send Invitation – done!

  5. The member will receive an email with an invitation link.

How to Accept an Invitation

  1. Open the invitation email and click "Open Invitation".

  2. Create your ticketbro account:

    • Enter your name and create a password, then tap Continue.

    • Upload a profile picture (optional).

  3. Click "Accept & Join", then "Continue to My Shop".

  4. That’s it! You can now log in via the ticketbro app or at web.ticketbro.com.

Best Practices

Double-check the email address – Make sure it's correct and exists before sending the invitation.
Roles can be changed anytime – You can update a member’s role from the Team page.
Didn’t receive an invitation? – Check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive.
