With ticketbro, you can attach PDF documents to your products, ensuring they are automatically sent to customers along with their tickets. This is perfect for event reminders, venue information, or Terms & Conditions.

How to Add Documents

📱 On Mobile:

  1. Go to Menu > Shop Settings > Attachments.

  2. Upload the PDF you’d like to send to customers.

  3. Once uploaded, it will be automatically attached to every order.

  4. To assign it to specific products:

    • Tap the three dots on the document card.

    • Select "Assign to Products".

    • Choose the products the document should be attached to and tap Save.

💻 On Web:

  1. Go to Menu > Shop Settings > Attachments.

  2. Click the blue button at the bottom right and upload your PDF document.

  3. Click Create to save the document.

  4. By default, the document is sent with every order.

  5. To assign it to specific products:

    • Click the three dots on the document card.

    • Select "Assign to Products".

    • Choose the products the document should be attached to and tap Save.

💡 Tip: You can always manage your documents from the Attachments screen—delete, reassign, or download files whenever needed.

Best Practices

Use clear and concise file names so customers understand the content of the attachment.
Keep your documents up to date—review them regularly to ensure they have the latest info.
Check file sizes—large PDFs may take longer to send and load.
Test the feature by making a test purchase to see how the document appears in emails.
