FAQs

What’s the difference between individual and bulk discount codes?

Individual codes are meant for general use—for example, you can create a single EASTER10 code for a 10% Easter promotion and share it with all your customers. You can set no usage limit (or a very high one) so multiple people can use it.

Bulk codes, on the other hand, generate multiple unique discount codes at once. These are great for offering one-time-use discounts to individual customers, as each code can be limited to a single redemption.

What’s the difference between expiry date and validity time range?

The expiry date sets a final day by which a discount code must be used (e.g., valid until December 31).

The validity time range defines the exact period when the discount code can be applied to a booking (e.g., valid for purchases made between December 1–10).

Can I keep track of the usage?

Yes! In the Discount Codes section of your shop, you can see how many times each code has been used and monitor its status.
