Set up tiered pricing for your event tickets to offer discounts, create urgency, and maximize sales with different price levels.

With tiered pricing, you can offer different price levels for your event tickets based on availability or sales phases. This is useful for promotions like Early Bird discounts or VIP pricing, creating urgency and boosting sales.

How to set up tiered pricing

🖥️ Web App

  1. Open the Products menu and select your event.

  2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner and click Edit.

  3. Scroll to Price Options and add all pricing tiers you want.

    • 💡 Tip: Tap the three dots at the top to rearrange the order of your prices.

  4. Select a price tier, tap the three dots at the top right, and choose Edit.

  5. In the Advanced tab, adjust settings like:

    • Capacity limits: Set a max number of tickets per tier (e.g., limit “Early Bird” to 100 tickets).

    • Sales schedule:

      • Choose an independent start and end date.

      • Or set the tier to become available once the previous one sells out.

  6. Click Save when you're done.

  7. Repeat for all pricing tiers, ensuring each starts when the previous one ends.

Best Practices

✔ Offer Early Bird pricing to encourage early sales.
✔ Limit ticket availability per tier to create urgency.
✔ Schedule pricing transitions smoothly to avoid gaps.
✔ Highlight tier benefits (e.g., VIP access, discounts).
