Gift cards can be a great alternative to refunds. For example, if a customer cancels a booking, you can issue a gift card for the same amount instead of processing a refund. This allows them to use the credit for future purchases at your venue.
How to manually create gift cards

In the meantime, you can use it on the Web Version.
💻 On Web:
Open the menu, select Gift Cards, then tap on the three dots in the top right corner and choose "Issue a Gift Card".
Fill in the fields with the customer’s information.
Enter the gift card value and set a custom redemption code.
Share the code with the customer – they can use it at checkout to redeem the value.
TIP: Personalized codes make it easier for customers to remember and use their gift cards!
