Using a Promo Code
If you have a promo code or discount code, you can apply it during checkout.
Steps
Add your tickets to the cart and proceed to checkout
On the checkout page, look for the "Got a discount code?"
Tap or click on it
Enter your promo code in the field that appears
Tap Apply
The discount will be reflected in your order total

Promo Code Not Working?
If your promo code isn't being accepted:
Check the spelling — Promo codes are usually case-sensitive. Enter it exactly as you received it.
Check the expiry date — Some promo codes have an expiration date.
Check the conditions — Some codes only apply to specific ticket types, events, or minimum order amounts.
Check if it's already been used — Most promo codes can only be used once per account.
Check the event — Promo codes are event-specific. Make sure you're applying it to the correct event.
If your code still doesn't work after checking all of the above, contact the person or organization that gave you the code — they can confirm if it's still valid.
