Where to Find Your Tickets
After purchasing tickets on Tick'it, you receive them in two ways:

1. In the Tick'it App
Open the Tick'it app
Login to your account
Tap on My Events
Your tickets for upcoming events are listed here
Tap on an event to view your ticket details and QR code

2. In the Website (tickit.co)
Open the Tick'it Website
Login to your account
Tap on Your Name (top right)
Tap on My Events
Your tickets for upcoming events are listed here

3. By Email
A confirmation email with your tickets is sent to the email address you used during purchase. This email contains: - Your booking confirmation - Your ticket(s) as a PDF or with a QR code - Event details (date, venue, time)

Can't Find Your Tickets?
If you can't find your tickets, try these steps:
Check spam/junk folder β Confirmation emails sometimes end up there, especially on first purchase
Search your inbox for "Tick'it" or the event name
Check the correct email β Make sure you're checking the same email address you used at checkout
Check the app β Your tickets are always available in the Tick'it app under My Events, even if the email didn't arrive
Wait a moment β After payment, it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. For cash payments, allow up to 1 hour after payment is confirmed.

If you've checked both the app and your email and still can't find your tickets, contact our support team with your order number or booking email and we'll handle it.
