I Was Charged But Can't See My Tickets

If payment was deducted from your account but you haven't received your tickets, don't panic. Here's what to do:

Step 1: Check the App

Open the Tick'it app β†’ go to My Events. Your tickets may already be there even if the email hasn't arrived yet.

Step 2: Check Your Email

Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for an email from Tick'it. Search for "Tick'it" or the event name.

Step 3: Wait a Moment

  • Card payments: Tickets are usually delivered within a few minutes

  • Cash payments (Lebanon): Allow up to 1 hour after your payment is confirmed at the Bob Finance or OMT branch

Step 4: Check for Pending Charges

Sometimes a payment attempt creates a pending authorization on your bank account even if the booking didn't complete. This is not an actual charge β€” your bank is temporarily holding the funds. Pending authorizations are released

automatically within 3–5 business days.

Step 5: Contact Support

If after 30 minutes (or 1 hour for cash payments) there's still no confirmation and no tickets in the app, contact our support team with:

  • Your order number (if you have one)

  • The email address you used during checkout

  • A screenshot of the charge from your bank statement

We'll investigate and make sure you get your tickets!
