Transferring Your Ticket
If you can no longer attend an event, or you purchased a ticket for someone else, you can transfer it directly through the Tick'it app. Transfers are not available on the website β you must use the app.
How to Transfer
Open the Tick'it app
Go to My Events
Tap on the event with the ticket you want to transfer
Tap on the specific ticket
Tap Actions
Select Transfer
Enter the email address of the person you're transferring to
Confirm the transfer

What Happens After Transfer
The recipient will receive the ticket by email
If the recipient has a Tick'it account with that email, the ticket also appears in their My Events
Your original ticket is deactivated β it will no longer work for entry
The recipient does not need a Tick'it account to receive the ticket
Important Rules
Transfers are final β Once a ticket is transferred, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Double-check the email address before confirming.
Transferred tickets become non-refundable β After transfer, the ticket is no longer eligible for a refund.
Transfer is free β There is no fee to transfer a ticket on Tick'it.
Some events may restrict transfers β If the Transfer option doesn't appear in Actions, the event organizer has disabled transfers for that event.
β οΈ Please double-check the email address before confirming the transfer. If there's a typo, the ticket may be sent to the wrong person and cannot always be recovered.
