Can I Undo a Transfer?
No. Once a ticket transfer is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. This is why it's important to double-check the recipient's email address before confirming.
Why Transfers Can't Be Reversed
When you transfer a ticket: - Your original ticket is immediately deactivated - A new ticket is issued to the recipient - The transfer is recorded permanently in the system
What If I Transferred to the Wrong Email?
If you accidentally transferred a ticket to the wrong email address, contact our support team immediately with:
Your ticket details (Order Number, Event Name...)
The email address you transferred from/to
The correct email address you intended
We'll do our best to help, but recovery is not guaranteed β especially if the recipient has already accessed the ticket.
What If I Want My Ticket Back?
If you transferred your ticket but changed your mind: - Ask the person you transferred it to if they can transfer it back to you (if transfers are still enabled for that event) - If they can't or won't, the transfer cannot be reversed by Tick'it.
