How Resale Works on Tick'it
If you can no longer attend an event, you can list your ticket for resale through the Tick'it marketplace. Resale works differently from a regular sale β here's what you need to know.
Key Facts About Resale
You cannot choose the price β Tickets are resold at the face value (original ticket price). You cannot list them for more or less.
Resale pool opens when the event/ticket type sells out β Your ticket is added to a resale pool, and when the event is sold out, buyers can purchase from the resale pool.
Tickets are processed in order of listing β The first ticket listed for resale is the first one sold.
How to List Your Ticket for Resale.
Open the Tick'it app
Go to My Events
Tap on the event with the ticket you want to resell
Tap on the specific ticket
Tap Resell
Confirm the listing

What Happens When Your Ticket Sells
Once a buyer purchases your ticket from the resale pool, you'll be notified by email and/or in the app
Your original ticket is deactivated
A new ticket is issued to the buyer
You'll receive your payment within 10 working days (usually less than 5 working days)
Can I Remove My Listing?
Yes β you can cancel your resale listing at any time before it sells. Go to My Events β the ticket β Cancel Resale.

Resale Not Available?
If the Resell option doesn't appear under your tickets - The event organizer may have disabled resale for this event/ticket type.
