Tick'it Refund Policy

Refund policies on Tick'it are set and managed by the event organizer, not by Tick'it. This means:

  • Each event may have a different refund policy

  • The organizer decides whether to approve or deny your refund request

  • Tick'it does not process refunds directly β€” you must contact the organizer

Service Fees Are Non-Refundable

Even if the organizer approves a refund for the ticket price, the Tick'it service fee is non-refundable. This applies to all refunds, including event cancellations.

Event Cancelled by the Organizer

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, your refund will be processed automatically. You don't need to take any action. Allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Transferred Tickets Are Non-Refundable

If you transferred your ticket to someone else, it becomes non-refundable. The refund eligibility transfers to the initial ticket holder through the payment method used for the purchase.
