How Do I Receive My Refund if I paid in Cash or via e-Wallets? (🇱🇧Lebanon only)

If you paid for your tickets using cash or wallet and your refund has been issued, here's how you'll receive it.

If you paid for your tickets using cash (Bob Finance, OMT, or Whish) and your refund has been approved, here's how you'll receive it.

How Cash Refunds Work

Cash refunds in Lebanon are handled by Bob Finance. Up to 48 hours after your refund has been issued through the Tick'it platform:

  1. You will receive a Transaction Number (TN) via SMS on the mobile number registered to your Tick'it account.

  2. Go to any Bob Finance branch

  3. Provide your TN and a valid ID (the same person who made the original payment must collect the refund in person)

  4. Collect your cash refund

I Didn't Receive the SMS with My TN

If you haven't received the SMS with your Transaction Number:

  • Check that your phone number is correct — The SMS is sent to the mobile number on your Tick'it account

  • International phone numbers — If your registered number is an international number, the SMS may not be delivered. Contact our support team and we'll provide you with the TN directly.

  • Wait a few minutes — SMS delivery can sometimes be delayed

If you still haven't received it, contact our support team with your order number and we'll share the TN with you.

Important Rules

  • Same person must collect — The person who made the original cash payment must be the one to collect the refund. They will need to show a valid ID at the branch.

  • Refund confirmation — Every refund issued through the Tick'it platform will be confirmed via email and/or notification in the app.

  • Service fees are non-refundable — Even for approved refunds, the Tick'it service fee is not included in the refund amount.
