Recipient Didn't Receive the Transferred Ticket

If you transferred a ticket to someone and they haven't received it, here's what to check:

Ask the Recipient to Check

  1. Check their email (including spam/junk folder) β€” The ticket is sent to the email address you entered during the transfer

  2. Check the Tick'it app β€” If the recipient has a Tick'it account with the same email, the ticket will also appear in their My Events section. Make sure they login using the same email you sent the ticket(s) to.

  3. Wait a few minutes β€” Transfers are usually instant but may take up to a few minutes

Common Issues

  • Wrong email address/typo β€” Double-check the email address you entered when transferring. If there's a typo, the ticket was sent to the wrong address. In that case, please contact support for assistance.

  • Recipient doesn't have a Tick'it account β€” They'll still receive the ticket by email. They don't need an account to use the ticket.

  • Email in spam β€” Ask them to search for "Tick'it" in their email, including spam/junk folders.
