How to Request a Refund

Since refund policies are managed by the event organizer, you need to contact the organizer directly to request a refund.

How to Find the Organizer's Contact Details

  1. Open the Tick'it app or go to tickit.co

  2. Find the event you purchased tickets for

  3. On the event page, look for the organizer's name

  4. Tap on the organizer's name to see their contact details and social media links

  5. Reach out to them directly with your refund request

What to Include in Your Request

When contacting the organizer, include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order details

  • The event name and date

  • The reason for your refund request

What to Expect

  • The organizer will review your request based on their refund policy

  • Response times vary by organizer

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank

Organizer Not Responding?

If you've contacted the organizer and haven't received a response after a reasonable time, contact Tick'it Support, and we'll try to assist.

Can't Attend But Refund Not Available?

If the organizer denies your refund, you still have options:

  • Resell your ticket on the Tick'it marketplace (see: How to Resell Your Ticket)

  • Transfer your ticket to someone else (see: How to Transfer Your Ticket)

Important: Service fees are non-refundable, even if the organizer approves a refund for the ticket price.
