Event Cancelled

If an event is cancelled by the organizer:

  • Your refund will be processed automatically β€” you don't need to do anything

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method you used during purchase

  • Allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

  • Service fees are non-refundable even in the case of event cancellation

Event Postponed (Not Cancelled)

For any major change of material which includes headliner change, date or location change you as an attendee are automatically eligible for a refund. If an event is postponed (moved to a new date): - Your tickets are usually valid for the new date β€” check the event page for confirmation - If you can't attend the new date, you can get a full refund for your tickets - Tick'it does not automatically refund tickets for postponed events.

How Will I Know If an Event Is Cancelled?

  • You'll receive a notification from Tick'it (by email and/or push notification)

  • The event page on the app and website will be updated
