Date Changes Are Not Possible
Date changes are not possible on Tick'it. Once your booking is confirmed, the event date cannot be changed.
What You Can Do Instead
If you need to attend a different date:
Request a refund from the event organizer — contact them directly through the event page. Refund approval is at the organizer's discretion.
If refunded, purchase new tickets for your preferred date (subject to availability).
Resell your ticket on the Tick'it marketplace (see: How to Resell Your Ticket)
Transfer your ticket to someone else (see: How to Transfer Your Ticket)
Important: Service fees are non-refundable, even if the organizer approves a refund for the ticket price.
