Upgrades and Seat Changes Are Not Available
Once your booking is confirmed:
Seat changes are not possible
Ticket type upgrades (e.g. General Admission to VIP) are not possible
What You Can Do Instead
If you want a different ticket type or seats:
Check if the event's refund policy allows cancellation — contact the event organizer
If refunded, purchase new tickets with your preferred selection (subject to availability)
Alternatively, resell or transfer your current ticket and buy a new one
Important: Service fees are non-refundable.
