Double Charges and Incorrect Amounts
We understand how concerning billing issues can be. Here's what you should know:
Pending vs. Completed Charges
Sometimes what appears as a double charge is actually a pending authorization — your bank temporarily holding the funds. This is not an actual charge and will be released automatically within 3–5 business days.
How to tell the difference:
Check your banking app or statement — some banks label charges as "pending" or "completed"
If one charge shows as "pending", it will likely disappear on its own within 3–5 business days
If both charges show as "completed", this may be an actual double charge that needs investigation
Note: Not all banks show the status of a charge. If your bank doesn't distinguish between pending and completed transactions, wait 5 business days. If both charges are still showing after 5 days, contact our support team — it's likely a real double charge that needs to be corrected.
What to Do
Wait 3–5 business days — If the extra charge is "pending", it should resolve automatically within this time frame.
