Cash Order Status
Cash orders require in-person payment and manual processing, so they work differently from card payments.
How Cash Orders Work
You place your order and receive a cash order number and instructions
You pay at any Bob Finance or OMT branch within 24 hours
Once payment is received and confirmed, your tickets are issued
My Cash Order Is Still Pending
If your cash order is still showing as pending:
Did you pay at the branch? — Make sure you completed the payment at a Bob Finance or OMT location
Wait up to 1 hour — After payment, it may take up to 1 hour for your ticket to appear in your inbox and the app
Check for your receipt — Keep your payment receipt as proof of payment
My Reservation Expired
If you didn't pay within the 24-hour window, your reservation has expired and the tickets are no longer held for you. You'll need to place a new order (subject to availability).
Still Pending After Payment?
If you've paid and your order is still pending after 1 hour, contact our support team with:
Your cash order number
Your transaction receipt from the branch
We'll verify your payment status and issue your tickets.
