If you're not receiving your OTP code, try these steps:

Step 1: Check the Right Place
When logging in (not signing up) the OTP is sent to your other identifier:
If you entered your phone number β Check your email (inbox AND spam/junk)
If you entered your email β Check your WhatsApp first, then SMS

Step 2: Try a Different Delivery Method
Tap "Try a different method" to switch between WhatsApp and SMS (for phone OTPs)
Tap "Resend" to send the code again via the same method
Step 3: Check Your Details
Make sure the phone number or email on your account is correct and active
If your phone number or email has changed since you registered, the OTP is being sent to the old one
Step 4: Use the Fallback
If the OTP still doesn't arrive, you'll see a "Trouble logging in?" popup with options:
"Send code to my phone/email instead" β Use your verified identifier as a fallback
"Resend" β Try the same method again
Important Note: If you didn't receive the OTP on your identifier, make sure to update it after logging in.
