Editing Your Profile
You can edit your personal information directly in the Tick'it app.
How to Update Your Details
Open the Tick'it app
Go to your Profile (tap your profile icon or picture/initials)
Tap on Account or Edit Profile
Update the fields you want to change:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Date of Birth
Save your changes

Changing Your Email or Phone Number
When you change your email or phone number: - You'll be asked to verify the new identifier via OTP - This ensures the new email or phone number is correct and active - If you're changing your only verified identifier, you may need to verify the other one first for security
