Contacting the Organizer
For questions about a specific event (refunds, event details, special requests), you should contact the event organizer directly. There are several ways to reach them.

Option 1: From Your Ticket (Fastest)
If you already have a ticket for the event:
Open the Tick'it app
Go to My Events
Tap on the event
Tap on your ticket
Tap Actions
Select Contact Organizer
This will open a direct line to the organizer for that specific event.

Option 2: From the Event Page
If you don't have a ticket yet, or want to ask before buying:
Open the Tick'it app or go to tickit.co
Find the event page
Look for the organizer's name on the event page
Tap on the organizer's name to see their:
Contact information
Social media links
Website

Option 3: Via Social Media
DM the organizer on their social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Visit their website if listed on their profile

Questions about event details not listed on the page
