Unlocking the Power of Trackbox Reports and Statistics

The Reports and Statistics screen in Trackbox is a powerful tool designed to provide our customers with deep insights into their lead data. By aggregating metrics and offering customizable groupings, this feature empowers users to understand their performance, optimize their campaigns, and make informed decisions. Let’s dive into the key components and functionalities of this feature.


Overview of Metrics

The Reports and Statistics screen aggregates data based on a comprehensive list of metrics. Here are some of the key ones:

  • Impressions: Total number of times your campaigns were displayed.

  • Clicks: The total number of times users clicked on your advertisements or tracking links, representing engagement with your campaigns and driving traffic to your platform.

  • Total Leads: All the leads generated.

  • Qualified Leads: Leads that meet the predefined criteria (by payment plan).

  • Total FTDs (First Time Deposits): Number of first-time deposits made.

  • Qualified FTDs: FTDs that meet your quality standards. (by payment plan).

  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted.

  • EPL (Earn Per Lead): Revenue generated per lead.

  • CTR (Click Through Rate): Percentage of clicks on your campaigns.

  • Late FTDs: FTDs occurring one or more days after lead generation.

  • Late Conversion Rate: Conversion rate for late FTDs.

  • P&L (Profit and Loss): Your profitability from campaigns.

  • PPL (Payout Per Lead): Cost per lead to your affiliates.

  • EPL (Earnings Per Lead): The average revenue generated per lead.

  • Payout: Total commission paid to affiliates.

  • Revenue: Total earnings from advertisers, brokers, or brands.

  • ROI (Return on Investment): A measure of the profitability of your campaigns, calculated as (Revenue - Costs) / Costs.

  • Failures: Leads that failed registration via the advertiser's API.

  • Unassigned: Leads that did not match your Trackbox settings and remained unassigned.

  • Fallbacks: Leads that failed to register with one brand and were redirected to the next brand in priority based on your Box settings.

  • NGR: Net Gaming Revenue generated by your casino or brand

  • GGR: Gross Gaming Revenue generated by your casino or brand

  • Deposits: The aggregated sum of deposits made by players.

  • Chargebacks: The aggregated sum of chargebacks processed for player accounts.

  • Turnover: The total amount of money wagered by players, including both wins and losses.

  • Bets: The total number of bets placed by players.

  • Bonus: The total value of promotional credits or incentives given to players, such as free spins, deposit matches, or cashback offers. These bonuses are used to attract and retain players.

Each metric is displayed in a column, giving you a detailed overview of your affiliate's or offer's performance.


Viewing Call Status Insights

For detailed insights about call statuses and mapped call statuses, click on the (i) icon next to the number of leads in the Q-Leads column. This will open a tooltip displaying a list grouped by call status, allowing you to see a detailed breakdown of the number of leads associated with each call status. This feature provides an additional layer of granularity to help you better understand your lead data.


Flexible Grouping Options

To cater to various business needs, the Reports screen allows users to group data into up to four levels. The grouping options include:

  • Affiliates

  • Campaigns

  • Offers

  • Brands/Advertisers

  • Countries

  • Day, Week, Month

  • Boxes

  • Languages

  • So (Media)

  • Campaign (Media)

  • Ad (Media)

  • Term (Media)

  • Medium (Media)

For example, you can view data grouped as Affiliate → Country → Brand → So or any other combination, such as Country → Brand → Affiliate → So. This flexibility allows you to explore relationships between entities and uncover valuable insights.


Filtering Options

The screen includes filters to refine data and focus on specific insights. Filters include:

  • Time Frame: Analyze data over custom time ranges.

  • Affiliates: Focus on specific partners.

  • Campaigns: Narrow down performance by campaigns.

  • Brands: View data for individual advertisers.

  • Boxes: Drill into specific tracking parameters.

  • Working Days and Hours: Evaluate performance during business hours.

These filters make it easy to customize your reports and find the exact information you need.


Visualization Graphs

For a more intuitive understanding of trends, the screen provides two key visualization tools:

  1. 24-Hour Insights Graph

    • Displays the average number of leads per hour over a selected time frame (up to one month).

    • The Y-axis represents the number of leads, while the X-axis shows the hours.

    • Users can view Qualified Leads and Qualified FTDs by hour to identify peak times.

  2. Autologin Usage Pie Graph

    • Shows how leads interact with the autologin feature.

    • Breaks data into categories:

      • Leads where the IP matched registration.

      • Leads where IP didn’t match registration.

      • Leads that didn’t use autologin.

    • Users can view this data by affiliate, country, or combinations of grouping levels.


Exporting Data

Users can easily export their aggregated data for further analysis or reporting purposes. The export includes all selected metrics and filters, allowing you to work with the data offline or integrate it into other systems.

  • Track Campaign Lead Distribution: Check which campaigns received leads and ensure that important affiliates or brands are receiving the leads you agreed to send. This transparency helps maintain trust and accountability in your partnerships.
