Payment Plans (V3)

Payment Plans in the new version of Trackbox.

Using a payment plan, you have the flexibility to establish the affiliate commission and advertiser revenue parameters.

When you navigate to the main payment plan screen, you will be able to view all the payments you possess, along with their corresponding dates.


Creating a Payment Plan

Start by entering the payment plans screen from the Finance section or from the search menu:

Click on "Create Payment Plan" and a new screen will pop up:

  1. First you can choose an entity for this new payment plan, meaning you can create a payment plan for an affiliate, master affiliate, campaign or an offer:


  2. Then choose the relevant entity of the type you chose, in this example we use a test affiliate.

  3. Assign a name to this payment plan.

  4. Choose whether it falls under the category of revenue or payout.

    "Payout" pertains to the commission destined for affiliates.
    "Revenue" refers to the earnings derived from advertisers.

  5. Next select the model type:

    CPA for first time deposits
    CPL for leads
    CPC for clicks

    CPM for cost per thousand impressions.

    CPA + CRG for CRG payments and the currency

  6. Enter the amount to be paid and choose a currency

  7. In case you want this payment plan to be a temporary one - select a time frame during which you want this payment plan to be active.
    (Please remember to choose 2 dates for the time frame!)

    Alternatively, if you choose to leave the time frame field blank, the payment plan will not be restricted by any specific time constraints.


  8. Optional - In the conditions section you can specify if the payment plan is applicable to a specific country or other condition such a specific parameter:

    You can select more than one value for the same condition!



Once you've configured all the details you can add a new plan to create multiple plans at once


Filtering

In the main screen you can filter by entities and a specific entity in order to view the payment plans set for this entity.

For example:

If you filter by affiliates and select affiliate "test', you would see the payment plans for this affiliate:

You can click to view these payment plans and also edit them.


Viewing Payment Plan for a specific Entity

Apart from the payment plan section, you have the ability to observe the established payment plan for an entity within the campaigns tab.

Navigate to the campaigns section within the CRM and proceed to select any campaign:

In this section, you can access details about the configured payment plan for this campaign verify the plan details and also edit by clicking on pen icon.

It's also possible to review the established payment plan from the "partners" section by selecting a particular affiliate:


Troubleshooting

On occasion, you might encounter instances within the Billing section where the revenue or payout is displayed as 0, rather than reflecting the value stipulated in the payment plan.

This situation can arise if the affiliate or campaign lack a corresponding payment plan.

Furthermore, there are cases where all assignments are in place, but certain conditions are not fulfilled. For example, the relevant lead might pertain to the UK GEO, while the designated payment plan is restricted to AU exclusively.
