The Distribution center provides you with a solution to recycle and use leads.
Please note the this feature is a premium feature.
You can learn more about it by contacting your Trackbox account manager.
In order to access this feature, please open the search menu in the bottom left corner of your system and search for Distribution:
After entering you will see all rules you have and different data about these rules.
(Rules which names start with "crm_" are manual injections done from the Leads screen).
Creating a Distribution Rule
In order to create a new rule click on "Create New Rule" on the top right.
Step 1 - Source
You will be presented with 3 options about the lead source.
From here on out, the database rules (recurring rule and import from database) and upload from list have different steps, we will start by checking out the steps for the database rules first.
Check out these collapsible sections below to learn how to create each rule type.
Recurring from Database & Create List from Database
Recurring from Database & Create List from Database
These rules are similar but the main difference is recurring rule will keep repeating and create list is a one time injection.
Step 2 - Details
Step 2 - Details
First give the rule a name that will help you understand later on what its about.
Next, lets go over the different settings for the rule:
Leads Filters
Here you can choose which leads will be included in the rule using filters,
You can filter by a specific affiliate, country, and specific lead types in case you want to inject failed leads only, for example.
Note that since "Create List from Database" is a one time injection, it will have the "Timeframe" field to choose from which dates to find the leads you are looking to inject.
Additionally you have the button to calculate how many leads have been found in your database using the filters you chose.
Advanced Filters
Use these in cases where you need to further customize the filtering.
Call Status - Filter specific statuses of leads.
Call Status Mapped - Filter by statuses mapped from our "Call Status Mapping" feature, contact your account manager to learn more about it.
Unassigned Duplicate - Filter for Unassigned leads that were duplicates (blocked as duplicates by you and not your brand).
Date Type - Change how the dates will behave and count the leads, the default is by Registration Date similar to the Leads screen.
Destination
Here you can select where the leads of this rule will go and under which affiliate in your system they will be registered (you can also use the option to keep the original affiliate).
Additional Options
Enable Lead Cap - Set a cap to stop the rule once the amount is reached.
Auto Assign Affiliates To Campaign - automatically assign the relevant affiliate to the destination campaign so that leads will not fail in case a campaign is private.
Generate Random IP - Give the leads a randomly generated IP of their original country in order to reduce risk of suspicion by brands
Please Note this is a paid addition, please contact your account manager to add it to your system.
Step 3 - Schedule
Step 3 - Schedule
On this step you set the rule activation period and timing of the lead injections.
Starting off with "Create List from Database" rule:
You have 3 different options
Start now - Immediately start the injection.
Start Later - Choose a specific day and hour to start the injection.
Recurring - A highly customizable schedule just like the Recurring rule as explained below.
Dates Limit - Set the rule activation period by dates.
Days & Hours - You will have quick presets to choose from (Weekdays / Weekends) or you can select days and set the hours as you wish.
Distribution Type - This allows you to choose between interval injection or a random injection
a. Interval - Choose the amount of leads and frequency of each injection
and specify from which period in the past you want to re-distribute leads.
b. Random - This is similar to the previous option but it will distribute a random amount depending on the range you set, this might help lower suspicion from the brand.
Use Autologin - Enable auto-login on your injected leads.
Please Note this is a paid addition, please contact your account manager to add it to your system.
Step 4 - Summary
This step shows an overview of the rule you set up, after clicking "Done" at the top the rule will be created.
Select / Upload a List
Select / Upload a List
Upload a list of your own, or select from a previously uploaded list.
Step 2 - Details
Step 2 - Details
Here you will be presented with all the lists in your system, be it uploaded manually from a file or created from a database rule you created (those will have a name starting with "db_to_list_").
In order for your list to upload successfully you must use our template file and make sure to upload a .csv format file, and make sure to not upload files with the same name as previous files.
You can download the template using the download button near the "Upload A New List" button.
Or when you switch to that option you will be presented with the option to download the template and choose a file to upload as a list.
Additional notes:
Please make sure you're not deleting or changing the columns in the excel from what is set in the template, as it may cause issues with uploading the list as well.
If you want you can leave the optional columns empty:
In column userIP you have to either use the lead's real IP or you can put a fake one, as long as it's a valid IP. For example: 1.1.1.1 or 222.222.222.222
Step 3 - Destination
Step 3 - Destination
Similar to the previous rule types, in this step you decide where the leads will go and utilize the additional settings to further customize the injection.
First select whether you want the leads to reach a specific campaign or a box of campaigns and the box will distribute the leads into valid campaigns in it,
Then consider using the options below as you see fit.
Previously Registered - Choose whether to include or exclude leads that already registered in your system, can help with lowering duplicates from the list.

For example, if you see the rule as "Done" it means that the rule has finished.

Destination - Where the leads arrived.
Useful in cases where you chose a box as the destination.
Start & End Date - When the rule will start and when it should end in cases where you chose specific dates.
Click on any rule to see the injections that were made in detail and also a summary of the rule.
Run Report:
Shows the injections that occurred with basic info, to learn more about the leads click on "View Leads".
Summary Rule:
This shows a summary of you rule similar to the final step of creating a rule, so you will be able to check the settings you chose for each rule.
Troubleshooting
Lets go over the ways to check your rules in case any issue arises.
First off if the rule doesn't run make sure to check the start date, and see if it should have started yet or not.
If you see that leads are not being injected, click on the relevant rule and then "View Leads".
After clicking on "View Leads", this window will open up and show the status of the injected leads.
If you see failed leads you can send them to the advertiser you have tried to inject this lead to and check with them the reason for failure,
And you can also look these leads in your Leads screen.
(You can check this manual to figure out how to troubleshoot issues with leads).
