Using a payment plan, you have the flexibility to establish the affiliate commission and advertiser revenue parameters.
When you navigate to the main payment plan screen, you will be able to view all the payments you possess, along with their corresponding dates.
Let's create a new payment plan
Click on + and a new screen will pop up:
Assign a name to this payment and indicate whether it falls under the category of revenue or payout.
"Payout" pertains to the commission destined for affiliates.
"Revenue" refers to the earnings derived from advertisers.
Next select the model type:
CPA for first time deposits
CPL for leads
CPC for clicks
CPM for cost per thousand impressions.
Commission for master affiliates eligible for commission
CPA + CRG for CRG payments and the currency
Once you have set a model type, enter the amount to be paid.
You can also add a note for this payment plan.
Next in the conditions section you can specify if the payment plan is applicable to a specific country:
In select value choose the countries (You can select more than one country for the same plan!)
Show to affiliate - when it's on your affiliate can view his conditions.
Once you've configured all the details and selected "confirm," you'll immediately be presented with the opportunity to allocate entities to this plan.
Based on the payment plan you've selected and its type, you'll encounter entity type choices.
You can designate a particular entity for each payment plan, allowing customisation.
In case you want this payment plan to be a temporary one - select a time frame during which you want this payment plan to be active.
Alternatively, if you choose to leave the time frame field blank, the payment plan will not be restricted by any specific time constraints.
After choosing the assigned entities to the payment plan click on assign.
Now you can view a summary of the payment plan you have now just set:
You can also now see this added payment plan in the main screen:
Assigning entities to an existing payment plan
In order to assign a payment plan for a specific affiliate, campaign or offer to an existing payment plan click View in the Manage column:
Select entity (Affiliate, Campaign or Offer) and the specific entity:
When selecting Affiliate or Campaign in entity type you can add date range (also from the past, and it will update the Billing as well)
Click on Add and it the changes will be saved.
In the main screen you can filter by entities and a specific entity in order to view the payment plans set for this entity.
For example:
If you filter by affiliates and select affiliate "test', you would see the payment plans for this affiliate:
You can view these payment plans and also edit them.
Apart from the payment plan section, you have the ability to observe the established payment plan for an entity within the campaigns tab.
Navigate to the campaigns section within the CRM and proceed to select any campaign:
In this section, you can access details about the configured payment plan for this campaign and identify the affiliates associated with it by clicking on "view" within the management options.
It's also possible to review the established payment plan from the "partners" section by selecting a particular affiliate:
Please note
On occasion, you might encounter instances within the Billing section where the revenue or payout is displayed as 0, rather than reflecting the value stipulated in the payment plan.
This situation can arise if the associated affiliate or campaign has not been allocated to the payment plan, or conversely, if the affiliate or campaign lacks a corresponding payment plan.
Furthermore, there are cases where all assignments are in place, but certain conditions are not fulfilled. For example, the relevant lead might pertain to the UK GEO, while the designated payment plan is restricted to AU exclusively.
