Campaigns tab is one of the most used tabs in your CRM and it will provide you with a way to integrate and work with your advertises.
If you need a new integration between your Trackbox and an advertising platform, reach out to the support team. Open a ticket and provide the integration info (such as API URL and credentials).
As part of the integration process, our support will also create the first campaign for you. This campaign will be associated with the brand and will have the exact name of the brand, unless you communicate any specific naming preferences during your conversation with the support team.
Once the integration and initial campaign creation are completed, you can access the Campaigns tab in your CRM. Navigate to the tab to view and manage your advertising campaigns.
Here you will see information about each campaign organised into different columns:
CI (Campaign ID): A unique identification number assigned to each campaign for easy reference and tracking purposes.
Campaign Name: The name or title given to the campaign to help identify and distinguish it from other campaigns.
Brand Name: The name of the brand associated with the integration or advertising campaign.
Brand ID: The identification number assigned to the integration within the system
Deal: This column may contain information about any specific deal or offer associated with the campaign.
Status: This column indicates whether the campaign is currently active or inactive. You can toggle the switch to change the status as needed.
Privacy: Indicates whether the campaign is set to be private or public. If it's private, it will only be accessible to affiliates you assign. If it's public, it will be open to all affiliates.
Note: This column allows you to add any additional notes or comments related to the campaign, providing a space for you to include important information or reminders.
In this tab you can search for campaigns or brands accordingly to these columns mentioned above. You can search by writing anything in the search engine.
You can search by name, CI (the number) and brand ID.
You also have the ability to customise your view in the Campaigns tab. This allows you to configure the columns you want to see, adjust their order, and save these customised views as templates for future use.
how to create a new campaign?
If you need to create a new campaign all you have to do is to click on + on the right side of the screen and new screen will pop out that would allow you to create and customise your campaign
In the Campaign Name field, you can customise the name you want to give to the specific campaign.
Within the Brand Name field, you will need to select the relevant integration from the available list. This means choosing the specific brand or integration associated with the campaign.
Please note: you cannot directly change the brand's name within the Campaigns tab. To modify the brand's name, you would need to navigate to the integration tab or refer to the integrations manual for instructions on how to do so.
In the next step, then you can add your note and select the privacy you want to be for this campaign.
once you decide it's a private campaign - keep in mind that you have to assign the relevant affiliates. You can do so either in the process of creating a new campaign or add it afterwards.
Brand Campaign ID and Brand Name Parameter:
These parameters can vary based on the advertiser's platform, and their values can be modified to meet specific requirements. If you notice that another campaign with the same brand or integration has a specific value assigned to these parameters (e.g., 1234), it means you have control over these values and can adjust them as needed. It is advisable to consult with the support team for guidance on the appropriate use of these parameters.
Also note: if you are creating a campaign with an advertiser that also uses Trackbox, the Brand Campaign ID parameter is used for sending the CI (which should typically be set to 1), and the Brand Name parameter corresponds to the GI (box number). This setup allows you to send leads to different boxes on the broker's side by creating new campaigns instead of creating new integrations, as long as the rest of the credentials for this integration are the same.
