KB: Understanding the difference between TB user roles

1. Affiliate -Anyone who sends traffic in the system- can see only his stats (view only)
The sections that the affiliate will see are his CRM and MARKETPLACE.

2. MasterAffiliate - Can see all his sub-affiliate stats (view only)
Need to assign sub-entities.
To add his sub-entities please click here
The sections that Master Affiliate will see are his sub-entities CRM, MARKETPLACE, and PARTNERS

3. AffiliateManager - For someone who works in your company. here you have the option to manage a few things like boxes. Can see all his sub-affiliate stats.
The sections that Affiliate Manager will see are CAMPAIGNS, BOXES, REPORTS, CRM, MARKETPLACE, CRM, and PARTNERS

4.General Manager- The Admin of the system that can view and manage all expect permissions.
The system is very dynamic and for each role, our Support can add/remove certain permissions, just issue a ticket with the permission subject for our support.

5. BrandManager- Can see all his sub-brands stats
Need to assign sub-brands.

The sections that Brand Affiliate will see are his sub-campaigns CRM, CAMPAIGNS, BOXES, and REPORTS.
