Falcon


This feature is to track deposits made by your brands, detect frauds and anomalies in conversions.

Every new conversion that you will have, will go to the Falcon screen.

You can access this screen from the "Reports" menu or use the search on the bottom left.



Once the conversion is in the falcon, after 30 minutes it will be auto released (you can also approve it manually from the falcon).

Please contact your account manager if you wish to increase / decrease the falcon timer (The minimum is 1 minute and the maximum is 72 hours).

  • You can press on the "Inquire" icon, which will hold this conversion for an additional 24 hours (after 24 hours it will be auto released), in that time you will have to investigate the deposit and you can also contact us if you need to decline it.


  • You can also decline by going to falcon and clicking on the 3 dots on the right side of the lead and choose "Report Fraudulent FTD".

The lead will appear as "Fraud Investigation" in the falcon and after that he will become "Fraud Decline".


Falcon has another advantage, it can find suspicious conversions and immediately mark them as suspicious conversions, conversion like that is called Anomaly conversion, it will be triggered if we were able to pull conversion for a lead that registered more than 3 months ago / we found multiple conversions from the same brand at the same minute.
