Our Marketplace feature allows you to upload landing pages that your affiliates can promote. They can then track and advertise these pages through tracking links.
How to create a new offer
Click on Marketplace and then on Create new:
From here you can select the type of offer you want to create. You have two options:
1. API offer
When the registration form is connected to Trackbox (API /JS).
In order to create an API offer please follow these steps:
First, insert the name of the offer
In vertical put the vertical of your landing page, you have a few options:
In URL put your landing page URL.
In the offer domain section, you will find your Trackbox's domain, and this link will be automatically generated when affiliates use the tracking link.
To add a new domain, kindly reach out to your account manager, who will assist you in setting it up.
Trackbox Form
If you want to use our form (Trackbox form) in your landing page please follow these steps:
1) You need to upload the JS file to your server where you host the landing pages.
2) You need to implement the code inside the landing page.
3) You need to whitelist your landing page domain inside TrackBox -> Security.
In order to add it click on +
Then choose in category "Trackbox JS" and fill your LP domain:
4) You need to use the right AI + GI inside the form's code or you can add them to your landing page URL like this:
You can find the JS file in System settings under "Lp Registration Form":
Next in your offer settings, under Privacy settings, you have the option to either grant automatic access to this offer or manually assign affiliates.
Offers that are not assigned to affiliates will remain hidden and inaccessible to them.
Furthermore, you can choose between two options: either allow all partners to access this offer or require your approval for their participation.
If you choose to assign this offer to all partners and allow access to everyone, you will also need to specify the box to which the traffic will be directed.
When an affiliate utilises the tracking link for this particular offer, it will be linked to the designated box assigned to that offer.
If you decide to use the "assigned partners" option, you will be required to manually assign the affiliate to this offer:
Additionally, there is an option to use the "wait for approval" feature. When an affiliate requests a tracking link, you have the opportunity to approve their request and specify the box to which their traffic will be directed.
Furthermore, you can include supplementary details by clicking on "Optional information." This allows you to add any relevant additional information related to the offer or its promotion.
You can choose the countries, language and add an description for your offer.
Once you have created the offer, you retain the flexibility to make changes to it, such as adding new affiliates.
To do this, simply click on "Edit offer." This will allow you to access and modify the offer's settings and affiliate details as needed.
You can add affiliates by going to Affiliate Assignment and clicking on +
Pick the relevant affiliates you want to add to this offer and click Add
Once all the settings for this offer are configured, simply click on "Add" to create the offer.
After you have assigned the appropriate affiliate to the offer and also designated a specific box, the traffic distribution will be governed by the settings applied to that particular box.
Only the countries that you have allocated to the box associated with this offer will be eligible for registration.
Moreover, all the traffic rules and working hours specified for the selected box will be applied to this offer as well.
For instance, if the chosen box has working hours defined from 11 AM to 2 PM, traffic from this offer will only be directed to the box during those specific working hours.
Here you can find the meaning for a different error you may get from an offer
Error Code 999: "No matching campaign"
Please make sure the campaign in the box is added.
Error Code 1000: “ No assign affiliate’:
If the campaign is private: Please make sure affiliate is assigned to the campaign
if the campaign in public: make sure you send the affiliate the gi, and the affiliate made integration.
Error Code 1001: "Offer not valid or no campaigns"
Please make sure the campaign in the box is added
Error Code 1002: "No Active Campaigns"
Please make sure the campaign is active in the campaigns section
Error Code 1003: "Exceeded their caps"
Please edit the limit no. of Leads/ clicks etc. that the campaign can receive in the box.
Error Code 1004: "Selected time range"
Please edit the time (days + hours) the campaign can receive traffic in the box.
Error Code 1005: "Selected hours"
Please edit the hours the campaign can receive traffic in the box.
Error Code 1006: "Selected days"
Please edit the days the campaign can receive traffic in the box.
Error Code 1007: "No ID found for URL"
Please make sure the first parameter in the URL should start with ‘?’
Error Code 1010: ”Direct Offer, But Campaign has no valid URL"
The campaign that edits in the box is API instead of S2S.
Please make sure the campaign is S2S (direct)
Error Code 1011: "No such id"
Please make sure the offer URL is correct.
Error Code 1020: "affiliate is not assigned"
Please make sure that the relevant affiliate is assigned to the relevant campaign in the box.Also make sure that the GEO from which the affiliate is trying to register is assigned to the box and the working hours for the relevant campaign are matching the time of the attempted registration.
In order to assign the affiliate to a campaign follow these steps:
Go to the 'Partners' tab -> Click on the relevant affiliate -> 'Campaigns' tab -> Add the relevant campaign(s).
2. Direct offer
Use this type of offer when you want to integrate with your broker via a third party (Postbacks).You will advertise your broker's landing page.
In order to create a direct offer please follow these steps:
Enter name for the offer.
Insert the URL you got from your broker.
In offer domain you can set the domain from add on domains list you already have added with the help of your account manger. This will connect the offer to one of your add on domains.
If for this offer you want to add a new domain - please contact your account manager and wait for them to set it up before you can use it.
Inside Unique id insert the name of the parameter that the broker provided to you to send to him Trackbox's unique id.
In ai insert the name of the parameter that broker provided to you to send him your source id (ai = affiliate id which is your source id).
"Add params" option allows you to provide the advertiser with the required postbacks to implement on their CRM.
For example:
The privacy settings in direct offers and API offers are the same. In Privacy you can select if you wish to auto assign all affiliates to this offer or manually assign affiliates.
After editing your offer you can add limitations to the offer:
If you want to limit your offer by hours/working days, choose "add limitation".
If you prefer your offer to be active 24/7 - click on "no, create offer".
You can also set the limitations later, in "edit offer".
In case you want to limit the offer you will be able to limit it by working hours and days, just as in setting a box, and also select the country box for this offer:
How to generate a Tracking Link:
There are 2 options:
First option
Click on build URL
Choose the relevant affiliate
Add the optional tracking parameters, for example:
Then click copy URL and send it to the affiliate.
Second option
change profile to your affiliate's user or ask them to log in with their credentials and then go to Marketplace and press on get URL.
