Whitelisting Domains for Trackbox User Panel Access

Approve domains that can be used to log in to the user panel.

To log in to the Trackbox user panel, your domain must be whitelisted. By default, the primary domain provided during the initial setup is whitelisted and can be used for login. If you have additional domains configured with Trackbox DNS and wish to use them as login domains, follow these steps:

  • Click on your username at the top right corner, then select Security.

  • Now you're on the Domain Whitelist tab. Click on + to whitelist an additional domain. Select the category "Enable User Panel Login" and enter the domains you wish to enable for login.

  • Click on Create. Now you can log in to the Trackbox user panel from the additional domains you added.
